Responsible for the design and liaison with all required authorities and site supervision.
Reviews contractor submittals against specifications and responds to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs).
Perform geotechnical analysis and studies to assess construction site condition.
Plan and conduct geotechnical exploration effectively.
Ensures the timely completion of the projects with high quality of deliverables.
Utilizes all elements of the Project Management Process to effectively analyze, implement and control the opportunities.
Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required deliverables.
Ensures incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and constructi activities on site.
Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
Requirements:
Strong geotechnical experience.
Civil Engineering Degree is required.
Total work experience must be a minimum of 10 years.
UAE work experience must be a minimum of 5 years.
Work experience with consultancies must be a minimum of 3 years.
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
Prior Musanada experience is preferred.
Immediate availability is mandatory.
