Ensure the availability and proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely restocking of supplies.
Optimize resource allocation to minimize wastage and control costs

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years as a Civil Foreman in construction projects, with proven leadership experience.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and methods.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
