Civil – MEP Engineer / Supervisor
We are hiring MEP engineer / supervisor for technical services work.
The following skills are required:-
1. Preparing maintenance schedules and allocate work
2. Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
3. Contributing to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
4. Receives and complete work orders to include records concerning time, labour and materials for each task.
5. Monitoring inventory of materials and equipment
6. Participating in coordination of projects (e.g., renovations)
7. Ensuring to adhere to quality standards and health and safety regulation.
8. Attending and coordinating site meetings.
9. Coordinating with other teams and ensures satisfactory completion of work.
9. Ensuring that both the quality and the quantity of the jobs are in line with Service Level Agreemen.
10. Submitting regular operational reports as per management requirements.
UAE Driving License required.
