Maintaining an accurate record of employee attendance.
Supervise the progress of all activities.
Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.
Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations.
Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols.
Hiring and evaluating the performance of the on-site workers.
Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for materials as planned.
Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition.
Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all site workers.
Reviewing daily work and suggesting any improvement measures.
Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order.
Communicating the progress report to the Project Manager on daily basis.
Attending all on-site meetings and fulfil the client’s requirements.
Engineering education with a minimum of 3 years as a Site Supervisor.
Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
Good Knowledge in AutoCAD.
Good level in communication and analysis software tools such as, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
Successful experience with change management, teamwork & leadership development.
Strong Leadership skills
