1. Can work independently without any supervision
2. Candidate should have a strong knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, STAAD, SAFE, ETABS, and other structural software that his work, the client & the site may require.
3. Ability to perform structural calculation & analysis manually.
4. With strong understanding for seismic & wind analysis.
5. Knowledgeable in Concrete Design & Steel Design. Connection Design is also a must.
6. Must know how to provide method of statements, construction methodology, technical engineering reports, etc.
7. Strong special skills in AutoCAD.
8. Strong background in coordination & collaboration to all engineers within the department & engineers in other departments & site
9. Can create presentable detailed drawings such as concept drawings, shop drawings, design drawings, coordination drawings, as-built drawings, bar bending, etc based on company & client standards
10. Ability to quantify & assist the bidding team for any needed technical issues
11. Ability to review drawings made outside from the company
12. Can interpret client requirements into sketch & from sketch to drawings.
