Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities 2

Clean office areas by emptying trash, wiping desks, mopping hard floor areas, dusting necessary areas, wipe doors and windows.

Sanitize all touch points including but not limited to door handles, desks, tables, chairs, copiers, counters, coffee machines, appliances, keypads, keypads, etc.

Clean and sanitize breakroom areas by wiping tables, chairs, countertops, handles, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machines sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, etc.

Refill kitchen area, coffee stations, and refri, generator with appropriate items: k-cups, espresso, cream, sugar, water, utensils, plates, cups, paper towels, soap, etc.

Clean and sanitize all bathrooms and locker rooms by cleaning toile, sinks, mirrors, and floors,s.

Stock bathrooms with appropriate items: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.

Ensure all sanitizing products are filled and in the proper place: hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes

Pick up trash in the parking lots.

Clean windows and glass doors.

Must be able to speak, read, and write in English

Must be able to complete duties with minimal supervision

Excellent work history and attendance

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods

Duties & Responsibilities 9

Cleans and sterilizes patient rooms according to agency standards; ensures patient rooms are stocked with required supplies.

Ensures parking lots are clean of debris, outside porches, and patio, furniture is clean, and dog waste is removed.

Performs minor maintenance repairs including but not limited to: changing light bulbs, changing batteries, unclogging sinks, painting, etc.; reports other repairs to the maintenance department when identified.

Maintains control of housekeeping supply inventory.

Ensures building doors are closed and locked at designated times.

Provides customer service and general assistance to patien as requested.

Responsible for learning and utilizing technology made available by the agency to increase efficiency, communication, and perform, of the romance of duties.

Attends staff meetings and completes all mandatory training.

Performs other duties as assigned.
