Responsibilities
Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Follow all health and safety regulations
All day physical labor (including but not limited to lifting up to 100lbs, bending, climbing up steps,
stretching and squatting, carrying, repetitive movements with legs and arms)
Carpet cleaning
Upholstery Cleaning
Applying protective coatings to carpet and upholstery
Ceramic Tile and Grout cleaning and sealing
Odor treatments for carpet & upholstery
Communication with owners and customers on a regular basis
Arriving on time to work and to appointments within scheduled window of time
Cleaning and maintaining professional appearance of company vehicle and all equipment
Assist on small repair or maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools
Pass proper inspection of completed work
Record keeping and processing paperwork
Redo ratio on completed work not more than 2% in a month
95% complete satisfaction reported by all customers you provide service to
Some evenings (past 6pm) and several weekends of work are required (with high pay)
Use tools and machinery to complete assigned work
Discuss and demonstrate, add-on products and services
Provide assistance to supervisor in planning new installation and modification projects, preparation of specification, and major projects, applying knowledge of professional cleaning
Provide assistance to colleagues in the department to effectively maintain, and clean equipment, buildings, and municipal properties
Provide support after work hour if required in situations like emergency, workshop, commission meetings, and other company functions
Perform related duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
Proven working experience as a cleaner
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
High school degree
