We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, young and energetic Client Investment Executive in a reputed Real Estate Company.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Sales background.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions a alternatives.
- Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Maintaining and updating database with customer information.
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota.
- Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales and leasing process.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Stay up to date with the real estate market conditions, new developments, Central bank regulations around mortgages, educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Professional telephone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess good knowledge of Real Estate Market.
- Experience of meeting sales targets, and working under competitive work culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team.
