About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and providing support throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively communicating updates and seeking feedback to improve the customer experience
•Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to ensure client projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
•Monitor and report on client metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
•Assist with account management, including proposal and media plans.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
•At least 2 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related role
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
•Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
•Strong organizational and time-management skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Fluent in English
•A Valid UAE driving license would be an advantage
