Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, preparing and cooking all menu items carefully following set recipes, presentation and guidelines, completing allocated dai cleaning duties, kitchen opening duties, preparing daily mise en place, maintaining proper food storage and highlighting any stock issues.
Applicants must posses a thorough knowledge of dishes and recipes, and participate in all requested trainings.
Maintaining excellent grooming and personal hygiene is imperative, along with an attentive, polite and helpful attitude towards all customers and colleagues.
