COMPLIANCE MANEGER
PARKMONEY is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. The goal is to preserve the company’s integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
2. Responsible for the complete inspection and confirmation of new account opening doentation and procedure in accordance to regulatory guideline.
3. Responsible for the all licenses and memberships expiries renewals, coordination with relevant body etc.
4. Works closely with company’s Team to ensure full compliance with the all-applicable laws and regulations by company’ licensing authorities.
5. Ensure that the Account Transactions Reviews are completed as per the regulatory and company policy and investigations on suspicious activities as required by the regulation.
6. Dynamic regulatory environment with continuous updates and changes to laws and regulations that apply to the various trading products, and services offered by the company and making the management and staff aware of such changes and updates.
7. Advises the Senior Management and company personnel of emerging compliance issues and consults and guides the company in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.
8. Leading, monitoring and supervising compliance investigations.
9. Supervising training and internal audit functions, as well as Privacy and Anti money laundering, KYC and regulatory matters.
10. Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.
11. Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
12. Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
13. Draft, modify and implement company policies
14. Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
15. Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
16. Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
17. Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as required annually and periodically.

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as compliance manager
In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
A business aen partnered with a dedication to legality
Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Certified compliance professional is a plus
