•Manage multiple construction projects concurrently from conception to completion.
•Review the project in-depth to establish the construction program with timeline, cost, and quality constraints for all deliverables.
•Planned, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all construction and allied technical activities of the assigned projects.
•Ensure that all project meets or exceed goals established in these plans.
•Oversee all onsite and offsite activities related to the construction projects and monitor compliance with Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assuran Control Plan.
•Responsible for following up the instructions and commitments associated with the projects.
•Fix the responsibility of subordinates for timely execution of every aspect of the project without compromising quality and budget.
•Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and other required services.
•Liaise with other managers, project engineers, and other departments to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of the projects.
•Monitor and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the progra including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
•Establish weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.
•Meet contractual conditions of performance and track daily work progress.
•Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
•Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
•Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
•Unlimited license
•Have 15 years of experience in Construction Field
•Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager
•Proven working experience in construction management
•Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
•Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
•Understanding of all facets of the construction process
•Familiarity with construction management software packages
•Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
•Competent in conflict and crisis management
•Excellent time and project management skills
