Sales & Immigration consultant required to advise and guide clients about their overseas visa options & our services. The Consultant will provide competent immigration advice, options, information and strategy to clients and coordinates end to end immigration processes for the firm’s client base.
Activities include:
- Confidential and or sensitive advisement on immigration programs, client analysis, immigration options, closing contracts, process monitoring and case reporting updates.
- High volume of outbound calling, multi-tasking, multi-priority management of client case processing.
- Reporting, communications and strict adherence to client agreements.
- Meeting expectations, deadlines, and financial targets.
Must be located in Dubai and ready to start immediately.
MUST HAVE A UAE VISA
Key duties for the Immigration Consultant position:
Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone, and email.
Responding to enquiries using pre-set business templates
Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.
Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs
Must be able to provide adequate information and offer solutions where necessary.
Follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice
Provide clear information on - Permanent Residence Visas, Temporary Residence Visas, LMIA Work Permit, Business setup and Student Visas etc.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet targets and close contracts with clients
Drive improvement and efficiencies within the company and identify opportunities to meet the increasing needs of the company.
Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
The Ideal candidate must have:
Minimum three years experience
Prior experience in Immigration / Sales, Recruitment, Consulting or Counseling.
Strong inter-personnel skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
Highly fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu (other languages a plus).
Must be a team player.
Must be able to handle clients over the phone and in person
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience with Email marketing, Social Media, Google Workspace, Microsoft exc sheets is a must.
