The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing cost control mechanisms for the contracts. This will include:
Claims preparation
Financial statements
Document control and procedures
Reviewing and verifying all contract documentation
Preparing responses to contractual correspondence from the client and third party
Expe Area :
Post-Contract Experience.
Experience in Building a Infrastructure Contracts.
Strong Commercial and Contracts background.
Experience in drafting Clai.
Experience in Contractual Letter Writing.
Experience in Commercial Management of Project.
Proven Track Reco Mentality.
Experience in FIDIC is preferable
