Hiring for very reputable organization based on Qatar corporate Chef as below: -
Qualification: -
- Bachelor’s in culinary arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
- 7 years related experience in hospitality industry
- Must have worked under a Michelin star chef kitchen for steadily at least 2/3 years or established international fine dining brand (Zuma, Coya, La Petite Maison, Roka, La Mar, Nobu, Ivy)
- Must have European experience
- Must have exposure to multi cuisine (Ideally mix of European / Asian)
- Good communicator
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organization skills
- IT fluent
- This role could be filled by a strong head chef with the above specification moving up to an executive chef role
- The chef could have worked for a hotel at some point, however he should not have an hotelier Chef profile
- Multi Kitchen management
- GCC Experience
- French Speaker
Salary & benefits: -
- Basic: QAR 11,000 to 18,000
- Housing allowance: QAR 4,000 (single) / QAR 6,500 (married)
- Transport allowance: QAR 2,500
- Mobile allowance: 1,000
The package includes yearly EY ticket, 25 days annual leave (working days), medical insurance, and education allowance for 20,000 QAR (if married and family residing in Qatar)
