On behalf of a global fast-food retailer, we are seeking a Corporate Communication & Social Media Manager.
Based in Riyadh, you will be responsible to plan and manage the Corporate Communication activities in order to foster goodwill as well as lead, strategize, and develop all Social Media Communication for the company.
Strategy & Business Planning Input
Liaise with the Director, Corporate Communication, and Social Responsibility, to develop the organization's Social Media communication strategy and budgets in accordance with overall business strategy and direction.
Responsible for fostering goodwill and promoting organizations' image and reputation in the local community.
Corporate Communication Operational Management
Develop, manage and oversee the execution of all Public Relations initiatives and activities which are aligned with the overall brand & corporate strategy in coordination with third parties and regional teams and ensure operations are within budget parameters
Plan and manage participation in relevant conferences, seminars, exhibitions, etc. and regularly monitor all relevant media and social media.
Work closely with Director of CCSR on the preparation and implementation of communication plans for crisis management and supervise & manage cris that may impact the organization's brand image.
Liaise with Creative and Event agencies to activate brand campaigns and corporate events and supervise the implementation of all strategies set by CCSR Director.
Social Media Management
Develop the Social Media (SM) strategy and implementation plan and oversee the execution of all SM projects.
Work closely with the SM Agency to develop monthly SM content calendars and lead the implementation of those calendars across all channels.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other departments to produce SM content.
Liaise with SM agency to make sure all customers’ needs are addressed via a dedicated team of community managers and coordinate with CRM unit to see that all complaint is closed or escalated.
Achieve set KPI’s.
Lead and manage influencer activations on SM.
People Management
Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility to Consultant, Community Services.
Plan, manage, and review performance, and provide regular feedback, development opportunities, and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary.
