Job Description

 
 
Controlling the Inventory management system
Controlling the procurement (purchasing function)
Controlling the F&B production management team
 
Detailed Responsibilities:
Controlling the inventories and checking the inventory management activities
Carrying out physical inventory stock takes periodically
Implementing the re-order level for procurement
Reviewing the orders before the procurement team start the purchasing process
Review the pricing before executing the purchase orders
Controlling the BOMs (recipes) within the system
Performing spot checks
Controlling the production wastages
Review  and follow all purchase orders on the system until receipt of the invoices
Posting invoices on foodics for purchases that do not have purchase orders and are paid in cash, if any.(for non-food items).
Entering the opening balance of the warehouse items(non-food items).
Preparing wastage and sharing with the management
Monthly management reporting including the branch wise reporting of GP Margin, Cost of Sales etc.
