3 – 5 years of experience in proposal budget development
Ability to create pricing and presentation budgets in coordination with the Department Heads
Demonstrated knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures in dealing with FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ & cost modeling
Knowledge of pricing and tender regulations
Supplier negotiation prices and costing of Warranty
Excellent computer skills including advanced MS Excel and word processing
Knowledge of Accounting Systems and applications is preferred
