The Customer Relations Executive at Al Mamaas Laboratory is responsible for receiving inquiries from customers, preparing quotations, communicating with customers, and managing the customer database. This role is critical in ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly, quotations are accurate and competitive, and customer information is kept up-to-date.
Duties:
-Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
-Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner
-Communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure their needs are being met and to keep them informed of new products and promotions
-Follow up with customers regarding pending quotations
-Update customer information in the database, including contact details, tax information, and specific requirements.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
-Identify and report any customer issues to the technical and administrative managers
-Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
-2-3 years of experience in customer relations or sales
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Customer-focused attitude and ability to build strong relationships with customers
