Customer Relationship Experience : Full Time
To support the Customer Journey Service from signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement to property handover and post-handover
operations including managing of defects liability period, complaints and queries at any point of the customer life cycle.Role Details – Key
Creating and managing client database
Creating bookings forms and sending them for purchaser signatures and following up on them
Preparing, Delivering and receiving SPA
Registering good
Applying for Title deeds
Liaising with Banks in case of mortgage payments
Creating Resale NOC
Verifying commission invoices
Verification of payments and sending receipts
Minimum Experience: 1Yrs
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Experience: Real Estate, Real Estate Developer, Otherwise
Language Requirement: Fluent English
Preferred Age: 23 Yrs to 40 Yrs
