We are looking for a qualified Customer Service / Operation Coordinator to join our team.
You will provide support to customers and your colleagues and respond to customer and prospect queries. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of operations and customer service best practices. We expect you to perform well in a team and fast paced environment and have exceptional people skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer service and organising the day-to-day operations.
Customer service administrators should have a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills. They must be proactive, able to take initiative, and comfortable talking on the phone.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Training focused coordination, schedule trainers, book appointments, coordinate with clients on trainers schedule, organize training and certifications, and other training related matters.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customers enquires account statuses and relevant problems.
• Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular service
• Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary
• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Arranges appointments with clients and partner
• Connect with relevant partners / vendors for escalation
• Connect with relevant partners / vendors for orders placing, follow up and delivery
• Reach out to new partners, vendors or trainers for collaboration
• Coordinate with the trainers before, during and after the training course
• Ensure proper lino of communication between the trainer and the client
• Stay up-to-date with new programs and services we are offering
• Prepare and report back on daily, weekly and monthly basis of all activities and tasks
• Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the management team
• Updates all contact information for clients on the CRM
• Complete and with quality necessary administrative work including filing reports or preparing any necessary document
