Job Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Identify and assess customer needs, offering appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the customer database.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery.
Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction ratings, response times, and resolution rates.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with tact and diplomacy.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills such as Arabic are advantageous.
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
