In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, or chat
Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers
Address customer complaints, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Handle order placement, tracking, and processing tasks
Ensure accurate and complete recording of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers, actively listening to their needs and concerns
Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of the product or industry is an advantage but not mandatory
