We are currently seeking a versatile professional who is familiar with undertaking customer service and sales management tasks. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be working closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction.
You will act in a team-oriented environment and be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and helping to increase sales volume and revenues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Responding to customer inquiries quickly and thoroughly, from phones, emails, and other media
• Actively engaging customers and making product suggestions or recommendations tailored to their specific needs
• Managing customer expectations and following up on their needs while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ensuring customers’ orders are fulfilled with accurate pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines
• Accurately logging customer interactions such as orders, complaints, and inquiries in our CRM system
• Utilizing effective sales techniques to close deals and grow sales, while accurately recording sales using our POS system
• Utilizing company guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain product quality, and abide by trade regulations
• Collaborating with the sales teams to develop successful marketing plans and strategies
The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have a good understanding of sales and customer services principles and practices along with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. They should also be proficient in using various computer applications including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
