We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Verification:
Accurately input, update, and verify data in [relevant software/systems].
Ensure data integrity by reviewing and correcting any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records as necessary.
Organize and file physical and digital doents for easy retrieval.
Quality Assurance:

Identify and report any data inconsistencies or errors.
Data Cleanup and Formatting:
Perform routine data clean-up tasks, such as removing duplicates, standardizing formats, and correcting typos.
Reporting:
Generate and distribute reports as requested by the team or management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with team members to address any data-related queries or concerns.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
Proficient in data entry and management softwa (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related field are a plus.
