Roles & Responsibilities
1. Perform general office duties like answering phones, and ordering supplies, filing doents
2. Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
3. Establish new customer accounts, recording account information on written forms or digitally
4. Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary
5. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
6. Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
7. Anticipate customer needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional services
8. Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
9. Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
10. Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards,
11. Type in data provided directly from customers
12. Create spreadsheets with large numbers of information without mistakes
13. Verify data by comparing it to source doents
14. Update existing data
15. Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
16. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
17. Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
18. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
19. The ability to use email in a professional setting
20. Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets a databases
21. Handle confidential information and data
22. Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information
23. Update, manage, and organize internal files and doents like handbooks, operations manuals, and reports
24. Identify and correct data entry errors
25. Performs other related duties as assigned.
