Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Bike Riders to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages and food orders to our customers promptly and safely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver packages and food orders to designated locations using a motorcycle or scooter.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while following traffic rules and safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
Collect payments (if required) and provide receipts.
Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to management immediately.
Uphold company policies and customer service standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid motorcycle or scooter license and a clean driving record.
Proven experience in delivery services is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong time management skills and ability to navigate efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to lift packages up and handle deliveries in various weather conditions.
Familiarity with Dubai and its surrounding areas.
