Dentists are health care professionals who provide preventive and restorative treatments for problems that affect the mouth and teeth. A general dental practitioner (GDP) typically treats a wide range of patients, from children to the elderly.
1. Examine and diagnose patients' dental conditions.
2. Assess treatment options and agree on initial treatment plans with patients.
3. Carry out agreed clinical treatments, such as restoring teeth affected by decay, pulp capping, pulpotomy, pulpectomy, dental prophylaxis, scaling and extraction etc.
4. Follow established Ministry of Health regulations, the Company’s Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and the Dental Department Policy and Guidelines.
5. Physical presence in assigned clinic area during official clinic working hours.
6. Interview all patients presenting to the clinic, provided they fulfill formalities of a clinic visit.
7. Take patient’s history, conduct physical examination, request and interpret necessary investigation as the patient’s condition mandates.
Minimum Education : Bachelor Degree in Dentistry
Minimum Experience : 3 years minimum experience in relevant specialty.
Required Certification : Valid MOH License and registration.
