We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Design Manager Architect to join our team. As a Design Manager Architect ,
you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing our design projects, ensuring their successful completion from concept to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and manage the design process to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:•Lead and supervise a team of designers, engineers, and other professionals involved in the design process.•Plan, organize, and manage design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.•Provide technical guidance and support to team members, assisting in problem-solving and fostering a creative and collaborative environment.•Collaborate closely with other departments such as R&D, production, and marketing to align design objectives with overall business goals.•Review and evaluate design concepts, proposals, and prototypes, providing constructive feedback and driving continuous improvement.•Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance design processes and outcomes.•Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand and address project requirements and expectations.
Qualifications:•Bachelor degree in Architecture .•Proven experience in design engineering, with a focus on progressively increasing responsibilities.•Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.•Proficiency in relevant design software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of engineering principles.•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and client interaction.•Problem-solving aptitude and a track record of driving innovative and practical design solutions.•Project management expertise, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
