The ideal candidate should be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Dhow Cruise and its staff. Candidate will be responsible for managing employees and for planning, marketing, coordinating and administering. Also, making sure that Dhow cruise environment run smoothly and work together successfully.
Job is vacant for Females only. UAE driving License is must. Preference will be given to the candidates having tourism and hotel experience
• Managing boat staff (Cr catering staff)
• Handling guests’ complaints
• Communication with reservation staff for current date bookings
• Assigning duties to boat staff
• Taking care of guests’ requirement
• Welcome guests on board after checking their booking confirmation
• Payment collection from guests (If payment collection required in some cases)
• Hand over collection to accounts department on daily basis
• Candidate should be young, groomed and presentable, Multi Lingual,
• Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, guests, and client groups.
• Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong experience in managing a diverse workforce including both sales and operations.
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
