Responsible for all digital marketing activities for the events including strategy, budget, channels and campaigns
Creative briefings on digital assets (website, app, online ads, social, email, SMS) and seek timely approvals from Senior Digital Manager and VP of Marketing
Work with the wider teams in digital campaign management, daily optimization and reporting
Responsible for event’s owned channels (website, app, social media), content planning and SEO with external agency to ensure timely launches
Identify potential digital partnerships and foster collaboration on integrating partners to achieve campaign’s reach, engagement and conversion
Oversee development, planning and seek approval of online toolkits for partners and stakeholders
Plan and manage internal and external email / SMS campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including copywriting
Support Senior Digital Manager in digital strategy planning and 360 approach for new businesses
Manage and update digital dashboards and management reports as and when needed
Attend client meetings and digital team meetings when needed
