Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage social media campaigns and community strategies across all channels with a goal to grow followers and audience engagement
Coordinate ideation, planning and execution of projects and campaigns
Work closely with the senior leadership team to capitalize on opportunities to improve the social community
Manage the editorial calendar collaborating with internal teams to manage content needs
Manage the social community, from answering questions to customer resolution to sourcing engagement opportunities
Write, edit and proofread materials ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles, brand voice and tone
Qualifications
You are a storyteller and copywriter able to amplify a brand’s message through its social channels
Knowledge of the English and Arabic languages and cultures is an asset.
Must have at least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing or related fields, including advertising, community management etc
Experience building and executing unique, fresh and innovative social media strategies and campaigns
Working knowledge of content marketing, paid med, influencer marketing, and other digital disciplines
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Expertise with functionality of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok, Snapchat and blogging platforms
A curiosity and interest in understanding why things work or don’t
Excellent organizational skills
Strong research and writing skills
