To participate in the provision of a specialised decontamination of medical
devices service contributing to the clinical care of the patient.
To perform a full range of decontamination duties, and be accountable for
work area within department.
Manages Decontamination records in own area of work.
Interprets and reviews technical data and production reports.
Provide a high quality and timely service to all customers.
Supervises, organises and allocates work and /or train less
experienc staff.
To assist with the development of the Department’s Standard Operating
Procedures in accordance with Quality Management Systems and ensure staff
compliance to them.
