- Manage Finance & Accounts, BPIT, HR and General Affairs departments
- Responsible to set and drive the KPI’s for the respective functions.
- Responsible for budgets, cash managements
- Drive revenue enhancement and cost saving initiatives
- Responsible for audits – internal and external and compliance of the organization
- Drive innovation, digitization and business process.
- Responsible for agency management
- Responsible for Tax and Legal
- Communicate with top management at HQ levels.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties – Banks, Legal, Audit, Vendors
- Administer policies (Accounting /HR / Compliance) with adequate internal controls.
- BPM: Successful implementation of projects that are in line with the organization’s goals.
- Additional cost savings and generating ancillary revenue.
- Digitization projects and initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, Knowledge and ability to setup ERP applications and strong in business processes, Leadership and people management skills, Analytical and negotiating skills. Ability to think strategically and to provide strategic leadership. Highly self-motivated and solution orientated.
