Job Overview:
The Doent Controller is responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining all doents and records related to pest control operations, regulatory compliance, client communications, and other administrative tasks within the company.
Responsibilities:
•Organize, categorize, and maintain electronic and physical (if required) doents related to pest control operations, including treatment plans, inspection reports, client contracts, and valid company certification.
•Develop and maintain a centralized doent management system to ensure easy access, retrieval, and tracking of doents by authorized personnel.
•Implement doent control procedures and standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
•Regularly update and maintain records of pest control activities, client communications, and regulatory compliance doentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•Conduct periodic audits and quality checks of doent storage to identify discrepancies, errors, or outdated information and take corrective actions as needed.
•Provide training and support to staff members on doent control procedures, software usage, and best practices to ensure adherence to established standards.
•Communication and cooperation between internal departments, field staff, and client by distributing relevant doents, memos, and updates in a timely manner.
•Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to doent management procedures, doent retrieval, and information dissemination.
•Ensure that all pest control doents and records are maintained in compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or related field preferred.
•Previous experience in doent control or records management, preferably in the pest control industry or a related field.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with colleagues at all levels.
•Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to doent control and records management.
