The prime responsibilities are managing the post-contract doents including
1. Receiving doents from clients for all projects vide email, doent doent-sharing platforms like BIM360, Aconex, Sharepoint, etc.
2. Downloading and sharing with the project team
3. Understanding the doent numbering systems
4. Developing the doent numbering systems for each deliverable for the project.
5. Advising the required deliverables for the project team.
6. Carrying out QAQC checks for the doents prepared by the project team.
7. Uploadi Sharing the deliverables meeting the project deliverables.
8. Preparing the weekly log for the forecast of contract-required deliverables and delivery status
9. Preparing numbering systems and folder systems for in-house requirements.
Good academic qualification with a certificate.
Good communication skills
Previous experience in a similar position in an engineering consultancy firm.
