To carry out daily preventive checks of assigned vehicle to ensure minimal loss hours and loss in productivity
To adhere to the vehicle preventive maintenance schedules to improve the operational efficiency
To inculcate good driving practices to avoid accidents and mishaps and maximize utilization
Timely and accurate identification of any abnormalities and take appropriate actions to avoid loss of productive hours and improve vehicle availability
To ensure recording of odometer readings at the time fuel filling & reporting at warehouses for loading of goods on a daily basis
To ensure timely renewal of permi
To practice safe and hygiene requirements of products being transported
To report to FMO any abnormality in the vehicle form time to time
To get acknowledgment on invoice from customer on receipt of products and submit back to Sales coordinator in Sales office
To observe timings of 7 am to 7 pm with one hour of lunch time
