Roles and Responsibilities
The hired candidate will join Square Yards Abudhabi Office and will be responsible for Real estate Investment And Property sales to NRI back in India and in Dub Dhabi UAE.
Main KRA: Real estate sales and Business development across Ind.
Sub KRA
1: Doing Calls and generating 5 to 6 Appointments on a daily basis.
2: Doing 3 meetings every day.
3: For the team Handling Profile, the Team Manager is responsible for the achievement of Teams Daily KRA.
4: Responsible for Target Achievement assign By the Company Goal Sheet.
Candidates with exceptional communication skills plus who can work extended hours need only apply.
Perks and Benefits
Starting AED 4000 + 25% Incentives on revenue. The profile is pure sal oriented and the performance will be judged on achievement of main and sub KRA.
