Note: This position is an assistant role, and while the assistant will handle various tasks, they will not be responsible for managing all aspects independently.
Responsibilities:
1- Order Management:
Assist in managing orders from the e-commerce platforms we work with.
2- Product Management:
Support the manager in uploading new products and updating existing listings on e-commerce platforms.
3- Stock Management:
Help in maintaining accurate stock levels across all e-commerce platforms.
4- Data Management and Analysis:
Assist in preparing reports and presenting data findings for informed decision-making.
5- Customer Communication:
Work closely with the manager to provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries.
6- Price Management:
Support in updating product prices as needed, following pricing strategies set by the manager.
7- Email Marketing:
Assist in crafting and sending daily email campaigns to potential customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in e-commerce or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms for order management and product updates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and organization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
