Location: Dubai, Al Qusais Industrial Area
Role: Drive seamless online order fulfillment and enhance product visibility across multiple platforms
Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily online order system, including stock counting, packing, and barcoding
2. Upload product listings to various online systems with basic image and text editing
3. Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, replying to emails, and resolving issues promptly
4. Adapt to new tasks aligned with business development objectives
Requirements:
1. Age: Ideally under 28 years old
2. Experience: Office and computer-related work preferred
3. Proficiency in Typing, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
4. Communication: Excellent written English skills for product descriptions and customer emails
5. Attention to Detail: Sensitive to product color, quality, and details
6. Customer-centric: Embrace a "customer first" attitude
7. Organized and Efficient: Clear, organized mindset with an intelligent and efficient work style
