We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce expert to join our team as an Amazon, Noon, and Marketplace Specialist. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing successful e-commerce operations on Amazon, Noon, and other major marketplaces in the UAE and UK. This role requires expertise in private label, wholesale, and dropshipping strategies to optimize sales and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies for selling products on Amazon, Noon, and other major marketplaces in the UAE and UK.
Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images, to enhance visibility and increase sales conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences in the UAE and UK markets.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including sponsored ads, promotions, and product launches, to drive traffic and sales.
Manage inventory levels, pricing, and product availability to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to streamline operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an e-commerce specialist or manager, with a focus on Amazon, Noon, and other major marketplaces in the UAE and UK.
Strong understanding of private label, wholesale, and dropshipping models, including sourcing, pricing, and inventory management.
Excellent knowledge of marketplace algorithms, search engine optimization (SEO), and online marketing strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
