At Woo-Hoo, our Educators are responsible for creating memorable experiences that are relevant, educational, and fun for our guests. Educators will lead the team by providing exceptional care in all galleries and programs with exemplary customer service. Responsibilities will include creating and facilitating fun hands-on education in galleries, classes, parties, field trips and events.
Schedule:
This will be a Full-Time position. The working times may include morning a evening shifts.
Working weekends and holidays will be required as necessary. This position will be required to work during all major events, scho holidays as needed.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer service centered position in the
UAE. Experience working with families and children or in an F&B environment will be a plus.
• College degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Science, Art or a related field is
mandatory.
• Knowledge of informal pedagogy, curriculum, classroom management and lesson planning is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, guest-centered environment.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written is mandatory. Other languages will be a plus.
Responsibilities

• Communicates customer feedback and experiences to the appropriate teammates
• Ensures a clean and appealing presentation of galleries, classrooms and public spaces at all
times
• Adheres to all health, safety, sanitation and operation guidelines for spaces
• Facilitates galleries and programs to ensure the highest levels of safety, education and fun.
• Encourages children to take age-appropriate risks, independent exploration and
constructivist-based inquiries.
• Creates and leads daily programs and events that are aligned with the organization's
objectives and standards
• Coordinates with internal teammates to communicate feedback, needs, and the creation of
new programs
• Builds positive relationships with parents, partners and the larger community to encourage
repeat visitation and a reputable image
• Proactively seeks to improve the organizations offerings and operations in response to guest
feedback, team collaboration, and innovative ideas
• Passionate about working with children, families and the diverse community of Dubai
• Performs daily opening and closing procedures
