- One (1) Electrical Engineer specialized in the testing and maintenance of Transformers, Circuit Breaker & Switchgear (certified by Saudi Electricity Company is preferable)
- One (1) Electrical Technician specialized in the power service maintenance (Transformer, CB, Switchgear)
- One (1) Electrical Technician specialized in the cable splicing & termination up to 13.8kV (certified by Saudi Electricity Company is preferable) ***
