This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar for an Engineering Specialist and Expert in the areas of Stormwater, Sewerage, Treated Sewage Effluent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the areas of planning, projects programing and financing, designing, construction, and maintenance of stormwater, sewerage, and treated sewage effluent systems.
· Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related field.
· Minimum experience of 20 years in the areas of Stormwater, Sewerage, Treated Sewage Effluent with expertise in planning, programing, financing, designing, construction, and maintenance of these systems.
· 10+ years of relevant experience in Qatar a GCC.
· 10+ years of experience in government agencies a consultants
· MM registration for engineering positions.
· Proficiency in English Language is a must. Proficiency in Arabic Language is an advantage.
· Proficient in relevant software and tools related to these systems. Experience in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Primavera a other relevant engineering software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze issues and develop solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
· Experience in project management and ability to lead projects independently.
· Ability to provide technical guidance to team members and to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
· Strong knowledge of Qatar and international codes, standards, and regulations related to stormwater, sewerage, and treated sewage effluent systems.
· Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and demonstrated success in leading team members.
