Perform business requirements analysis, design and management of the applications
Oversee and provide technical troubleshooting support in order to address user needs and problems, so that customers applications are as efficient and effective as possible
Perform gap analysis between ERP functionality and client's requirements and implement solutions or work with the development sta to design product enhancements to address
Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization, and models the refined business scenario into a System’s Requirement
Develop data conversion and testing strategies and successfully implement those strategies, provides applications and ERP system support
Design and build reporting and solutions to meet customers and client needs
Implements Configures, maintains and upgrades applications including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll , Fast Formulae, Performance management , Learning management , Taleo Recruitment, Time and Attendance, Talent management, Work flow , AME , User hooks, , I-expense on the versions 11.5.10, R12 and Fusion ) and other business applications
Train users on new processes for native software functionality, help users to complete their User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Analyze the client’s requirement and understand business process flows in order to implement the business requirements
To test the newly developed functionality, to assure the data integrity with the neighboring domains
Adhere to organizational Policies, Process & Procedures. Participate in process analysis, process design, mapping, and proce gap analysis
Participate in discussions and drive the design, development and maintenance of modifications / customizations of the Applications such as ERP, portal and eBusiness suites (Forms, Reports, , Discoverer queries) and deploying such modification / customization in all programming environments
Analyze and correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor
Conduct coding, testing and troubleshooting Design and develop core application components that need to fulfill a function of the applications used
Develop web services for portal applications and other web base applications
Develop test scripts and test drivers for applications
Develop control and deployment script using prescribed specifications
Create and update technical documentation and maintain developed codes
Maintain and modify programs;
Make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes
Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part
Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed
Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members
