Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople
Experience Must to have:-
Experience in Software Sales is a Must.
Must be a Lead Generator.
Experience in presenting Demo to clients.
Experience in Channel Partnership. (optional).
Sales Manager Responsibilities:-
Achieve the prescribed sales quota for the ERP products. This will be achieved through diligent and disciplined compliance to the Sales strategy and New Customer Acquisition strategy supported by the company's marketing strategy.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Ability to Handle and deliver minimum AED 2.5 Million worth of yearly business in terms of revenue to the company.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
➢ Work experience in any IT software house or consultancy.
➢ UAE driving license is an advantage.
➢ Must have good communication skills - written & verbal in English.
➢ Prefer someone with the positive attitude & right approach.
➢ Experience in ERP / HRMS / CRM projects.
➢ Experience: 2 - 5 years
