We are looking to hire a Female Events and Social Media Specialist / Content Creator, to join our team in Dubai. Must have experience in events at least 1-2 years.
The candidate must have thorough experience in managing, maintaining, and moderating multiple social media pages (FB, IG, TW, YT), has a creative flair for writing conte, and ideally an experience in pictu editing tools or apps. Must be fluent in English. In addition, s will be assisting the marketing team in event organization and PR. Main Responsibilities:
1. Event Management:
- Planning and organizing events from start to finish.
- Creating and managing budgets for events.
- Selecting and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
- Developing and managing timelines and schedules.
- Coordinating logistics - Managing event staff
- Overseeing event setup and tear down.
2. Social Media:
- Create high quality social media content that aligns with the brand vision and social media strategy - Experience using video editing tools. Shoot and edit social-first video content for multiple channels and placements, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Instagram Stories
- Collaborating with other teams (such as design, content, and marketing) to ensure brand consistency and alignment of messaging.
• Independently and quickly edit videos through Adobe Creative Suite video products and in-platform social media tools
• Proactively prioritize work for social.
• Capture real-time and event content (video and photography)
• Keep up to date on social media trends, understanding the social feedback loop, and adjusting accordingly based on performance.
• Desire to keep learning more.
• Can devise and execute content ideas on a short turnaround
• Write content and blog for the website.
• Plan and monitor our social media presence (e.g. instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Launch optimized advertisements for increasing brand awareness (e.g. Google AdWords, Facebook, Youtube, etc.).
• Experience with a content management system (e.g. WordPress).
• Sound knowledge of the latest digital marketing techniques as well as best practices.
• Sound knowledge of S, email campaigns, Google AdWords, and B2C social media trends. • Experience with online analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics etc.).
• Experience of working with Canva, illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc. Skills
