As an Executive Administrator at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executive-level management and ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative operations. Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for executives.
Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact between executives and intern stakeholders.
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding executive matters.
Doentation and Record Keeping:
Create and maintain organized filing systems for doents, contracts, and other relevant materials.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive or senior-level administrative assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite) and familiarity with office equipment.
Ability to handle tasks independently with minimal supervision.
