To provide day to day support to General Manager. The individual needs to be highly efficient, proactive and professional who can manage General Manager demanding schedule.
Responsibilities:
•Set up travel arrangements whenever needed.
•Meet and greet clients and visitors.
•Support in setting up accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
•Organizing and maintaining the General Manager schedule.
•Fixing of appointments and maintaining calendar activities.
•Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
•Schedules as well as attend meetings on behalf of executives, making notes and recording minutes.
•Create and distribute meeting agendas.
•Answer and handle telephone calls in an appropriate manner and connecting international calls to concerned departments.
•Ensure all incoming email correspondence for General Manager is handled in prompt manner.
•Keeping track on international calls and faxes.
•Liaise with other departments whenever required.
•Provides comprehensive support services to the General Manager ensuring professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole.
•Oversee the emails including strictly private and confidential communication.
•Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly and deliver work on deadlines.
•Effective coordination with other offices globally.
•Provides timely and proactive management of the organization’s office environment.
•Maintains physical and electronic office filing systems for General Manager.
Assist as needed
•Proven experience as an executive assistant
Bachelor's degree required (Any).
•Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
•Attention to details
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
