Handling intake, scanning, verication, and storing doents. Checki agreements for accuracy and compliance. Creating agreements between client and parent company. Drafting internal and external ocial letters. Filling RFQ’s and responding to enquiries and RFI’s. Compilati of doents as and when required. Controlling theow of doents in and out of the department. Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive doents. Updating and maintaining doent management systems and physical records. Maintaining the security of condential doents.Preparing standardized doent / drawing numbering systems with maintaining internal company standards and expectations.Responsible for project folder set up, folder maintenance process, formulating registers and the point of contact for doent, drawing number allocation.Liaising with and distributing project related information with the project team and potentially external parties. Provide support to Project Manager during Audit and as required. Prepare ad-hoc templates, reports on projects as required.
